Transbotics offers a wide range of Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Automatic Guided Carts (AGCs) including standard and custom material handling equipment such as, Tailor-Made™. Our specialty is to integrate Tailor-Made AGVs with other types of automation equipment and software. The goal is to provide the BEST solution for each customer based on their individual needs.

Transbotics AGVs are driverless, computer-controlled vehicles that are programmed to transport materials through designated pickup and delivery routines within a manufacturing or distribution facility. Our AGVs are equipped with the latest Laser Technology and Danaher Control systems which allows for the highest degree of complex routing and guidance navigation. Combine that with Transbotics Movement Optimizer software (TMO) which allows the vehicle to transmit information concerning system status, inventory tracking, and system controls to a system controller and you have the most sophisticated material handling solutions technology available.

We manufacture fork-style, conveyor, tugger / tow, lift table, shuttle fork, counter balance, assembly line and engineered-to-order (custom) vehicle types. All of our vehicles have options, such as tricycle steering (one drive motor), quad-steering (two drive motors), laser guidance, magnetic tape, wire guidance or magnetic spot guidance. Since we make Tailor-Made™ vehicles options can change. Below are the most common models.

Low profile vehicles provide improved ergonomics and are designed to act as the assembly production line for various products.

Fork Lift & Roll Handling Vehicles or AGVs

Transbotics Forklift vehicles are designed to replace manually driven forklift trucks and pallet hand trucks. The vehicles can move a variety of items including pallets and skidded items with various load weights. Fork Style AGVs are used in many different industries including aerospace & defense, automotive (tier one supplier), textiles, ceramics, chemical processing, food & beverage, newsprint & publishing, microelectronics, plastics, primary metals and recycling.

Conveyor Vehicles

Transbotics Conveyor Style vehicles come in various sizes and load capacities. This allows the Conveyer AGV to pickup and deliver many types of material such as pallets, drums, skidded items, totes and boxes from standard conveyor lines, palletizing cells, finished good lines and deliver to stretch wrappers, unload stations, shipping or warehousing.
