Transbotics Enters Into A Definitive Asset Purchase Agreement With Automotion Systems Inc.

CHARLOTTE, NC – April 27, 2007 - Transbotics Corporation, (OTC BB: TNSB) www.transbotics.com), has entered into a Definitive Asset Purchase Agreement with AutoMotion Systems Inc. (“AutoMotion”), which was completed yesterday. Transbotics acquired $167,604 of current assets, including inventory and work in process and $71,898 of fixed, research and development and intangible assets for a total purchase price of $239,502. The acquisition will allow Transbotics to fill a product gap that it currently has with smaller less technologically demanding vehicles that can be used in a wide array of industries.

“The purchase of AutoMotion’s assets allows us the ability to create a broader product line that we can offer our current customers as well as new customers for whom we could not previously supply solutions. These vehicles are used for smaller payloads and repetitive operations, which can be used in warehouse, distribution, medical and automotive operations just to name a few” stated Charlie Robison, CEO of Transbotics Corporation. The owner of AutoMotion, Mr. Neville Croft, will continue to work with his existing customers as well as cross selling Transbotics’ current vehicles as Vice President Sales – Automotion.

TRANSBOTICS EMPLOYS NEVILLE CROFT AS VICE PRESIDENT SALES - AUTOMOTION DIVISION

CHARLOTTE, NC – April 27, 2007 - Transbotics Corporation, (OTC BB: TNSB) (www.transbotics.com), announced that it entered into an employment contract with Mr. Neville Croft  to serve as Vice President Sales- AutoMotion Division. Mr. Croft will be responsible for the sales and expansion of the newly acquired AutoMotion product line of tape guidance automated carts. Mr. Croft may receive up to 200,000 shares of restricted Common stock of Transbotics Corporation, subject to forfeiture provisions.

Prior to joining the Transbotics Corporation, Mr. Croft was principal owner of AutoMotion Systems, Inc.  Mr. Croft has over 10 years of experience selling AGV systems in the North American market with various AGV suppliers.

Transbotics Secures AGV System Order in the Printing Industry

CHARLOTTE, NC – December 22, 2004 - Transbotics Corporation, (OTC BB: TNSB) (www.transbotics.com), announced it received an order for an Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) system from an existing customer in the printing industry. The order totaling approximately $575,000 is to be installed over the next seven months and will include multiple vehicles, controls, hardware, software, engineering services and other related equipment. “This is our second order from this important customer. The automation equipment will be  installed at an existing plant that they have in Pennsylvania” stated Claude Imbleau, President of Transbotics Corporation.
